Termination:

Passwords:
Certain areas of PrimeWebHits.com are password restricted to authorized users ("Restricted Areas"). If you have registered as an authorized user to gain access to the Restricted Areas, you agree that you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and agree to notify PrimeWebHits.com if the password is lost, stolen, disclosed to an unauthorized third party, or otherwise may have been compromised. Traffic Delivery Times
All targeted traffic campaigns are guaranteed within 30 days. Altough PrimeWebHits.com offers faster delivery times, due to situations which may arrise within our system we can only guarantee a 30 days delivery period of traffic purchased. Any traffic campaign which is not completed within the 30 day guaranteed time frame will be given a prorated refund.

Any advice, formula, instruction, or any suggestion you receive via PrimeWebHits.com is for informational purposes only and you agree that you are entirely responsible for evaluating the usefulness or safety of any such information.
Limitation of Liability:

You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, in the State of Nevada, for the resolution of all disputes arising from or related to these Terms and/or your use of PrimeWebHits.com.
